Hi I had a call from O2 business and changed my phone line to them and now I can't seem to get onto my O2 or use the WiFi in the tube stations are they not still a part of O2? I also wanted a phone upgrade too but am I still able to get this with O2 business

Sounds like you have responded to a call from one of O2's 'Trusted Partners' rather than O2 themselves. 

Do you know the name of the company.

The phone number for O2 Business is

8222 or 0800 977 7337

Suggest you give them a ring 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
