I have been trying to submit my O2 open application several times now and keeps getting rejected. I don’t understand why? I had it before and still working on the same place.
It says the National insurance number does not match, is this my insurance number that is required or the company I work for ? It’s the same as previous application, so I don’t understand why it’s being rejected. Can someone have a look at this please.
