Hi
I have recently swapped over my account from personal to business. I have not been given details for signing into My O2 business so am able to access it.
If I log onto my old personal one and then click business (as was told to me in an automated email - see pic below) it just says I don't have any services for business.
I'm currently away in Spain and after a week of being here today I cannot call any one. It just says that 'calls are restricted to these type of numbers'. Before this I could call anyone back home no problem.
I now find myself in a position where I can't get into my O2 business to see what is going on and also can't call customer services tomorrow as I can't actually call anyone.
Is there and email contact or online chat that I can use to sort this?
