12 years ago O2 Business gave me a free sim/number which I never used.
Recently I looked at our bills and could not understand why my bills were double what I should be paying, I always put it down to charges. I found out what was going on when I contact the service provider partners. They found out I had another number on the bill that I was being charged for! You may ask how I never noticed this, well it is because they stopped sending physical bills and I was not able to log into my online account which I did try to rectify with customer service. They were not able to resolve the issue until very recently.
Subsequently customer service has seen the error and said by phone I am due a refund of around £3600 but will not send me an email to confirm this. Its has been months now and no resolve.
Has anyone else had this issue? I would be grateful of assistance.
