Data abroad

I have roaming working but data not , in nederland working and when I drive to Germany data just gone , Now I'm in Poland and still no data . I check the settings , all fine , restart the phone still no data . I can call i have signal but no data before I had Vodaphone and never hadthis problem before . Now looks like every country i have to asking others for Internet ..... 🤯

Are you able to send and recieve calls ok?

If your handset is a 5G handset, take it out of 5G Mode, for iPhones and some others you will need to drop down in the menu settings to 3G

If not it maybe your Sim card hasnt handed off from the Dutch network, so give 8002 a call

If you have an iPhone, try changing your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
