Hi everyone,
Appreciate we are all customers here, but wondering if anyone can help!
I took over as the IT manager at our company earlier this year.
When calling for assistance, or trying to get old phones "unlocked" from O2, I am being asked for a "secret passcode" that was setup.
Does anyone know how this can be reset? It was set up 3 years ago + by the last IT manager.... I need to reset it, but my account manager at O2 doesn't know how...

I can’t help you with setting the password but you could try unlocking the handsets using this form Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card
