Hi
I have an old iPhone 6 I'd like to unlock to give to my 12 yo son. The plan is to put a pay as you go SIM into it
The phone is 100% paid for and out of contract
I don't want any connection/disruption to my business account/phones we have with O2
I've Live Chatted with O2 who pointed me to an online form but this seems to be for switching providers
What's the best way to proceed?
Many thanks
Michael

Re-hashing an old post, I know, but the guide leads to an online form, which asks for a "secret passcode".
If, like me, you have inherited the management of the business O2 account, how the heck do you go about resetting this???
