I have contacted Business help over this issue 6 times now over the past 5 months and at this point, about ready to leave O2!
Basically on our business account if I log into our 'My O2 Business' account I can view my Bills etc and see basic ionformation but if I click on 'MyAccount' I get a screenshot as below.
Have tried this on multiple browsers/computers.
I have called/contacted the helpline over and over again - each time I get the standard answer "we will look at this and will be fixed in a few days". Never happens.
also - why the hell can I call the personal helpline and get through to someone in less than 5 minutes but if I call business line I wait on average 40mins - an hour every time. I really have had enough with O2 - since starting a contract with them it has been a very painful experience all round.
At this point not sure what to do
