Hello,

 

I upgraded one of our phones online yesterday, on completing the order I was asked to sign up for the Business Essentials Portal in order to sign the agreement, which I did and everything worked out fine. 

I then had to upgrade another of our phones, on completing the order I clicked where it said to sign the agreement, this time I didn't have to sign up again as I did that in the previous order, however, when I signed into Business Essentials portal the new agreement for the second order wasn't there. Argh..!! 

 

Has this happened to anyone else and how did you overcome it?

I'd give customer service a call to check on 8002

Hi @Kezza1373 , how are you getting on today with your order and upgrade? Did you manage to speak with Business customer service about it? It would be lovely to hear how you're doing since you last posted. slight_smile
