Business Account - Setting caps

We've been with O2 business with a long time and never had this many problems in such a short space of time.

We have sim only with each user recieving 5GB of data. In the past when someone used up their limit data use was blocked unless they asked to add an additional bolt on. However they could still make calls (Specifically internation calls) outside of their tarrif at a cost with no problems.

Now though I've been constantly told that there can only be one spend cap implemented that includes calls, texts AND Data - So if we were to decide against a cap to allow international calls then they would be charged for data use after 5GB which we don't want. On the other hand if we set a cap we run the risk of our personell being unable to make important international calls if they reach their limit.

On top of that, whenever we change the cap (For example to £100 per user) it reverts back on the billing date! We've been told its a glitch in their system and they would check it but we've not had to get in touch to revert the change for the last 6 months or so.

Anyone else have this frustration or similar? Is there anything we can do to get something similar in terms of data capping?
