hi. I have just updated my iphone4 to ios7 and changed my 02 tariff at the same time. I can now not use 3g even though i have plenty of allowance. Not sure if this is a problem with my phone or my network? advise please.

What data bolton did they put you on check my o2 ? if not Iphone data then you need to change apn or get o2 to put you on iphone data.

Check the network by going here

Reset the phone by.

Settings , general , reset , reset network settings.

And give your SIM card a clean.

Complete any sim swap.

I have reset the network settings and I am in central london for good coverage.

No joy. i don't really want to reset the phone back to factory settings.
