Can anyone help please...? Can't get hold of O2 themselves (great for a telecoms company) and now I have the new operating system on my 4s, my visual voicemail has disappeared..what do i do to get it back please?

any help greatly appreciated.

Some customers are reporting a problem with accessing voicemail over the last couple of days.

Some steps to try:

Soft reset by holding the sleep and home button down until the Apple logo appears and the phone reboots.

Try settings>>General>>Reset>>Reset network settings.

Make sure you have mobile/cellular data enabled.

Also make sure your apn is "iData"
