trying to unlock iphone 6,

Although seeing the time @Anonymous posted ...the website may have been down for maintenance? If they could try again this morning using this guide? https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card/ba-p/1014131
and then let us know how they get on?
EDIT: I have just tried with My O2 and all of the sections including unlock appear to be working fine
