order not being processed

Anonymous
Not applicable

why after going through a telephone order for an iphone 6s, and then being sent a link to go through legal contracts etc. do I get a link that's broken 'something went wrong' with no explanation?

I've called twice today and have no explanation and can't even establish if this order is going to be processed. the links i've been sent do not work.

Is there a problem with the website?

Hi @Anonymous Sadly this isn't a new problem..it has happened before....

You need to contact CS again and insist someone gives you an answer...http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

All supposing you don't get confirmation within the next few hours?

Usually, yes.

Much better off going in store.

Hi, this happened to me 5 times and the upfront fee has been taken as many times - no sign of resolving anytime soon. Store is usually better.

Sorry you're having problems with the Online contract agreement forms. Have you tried cleaning your browsers cookies etc? How about using a different device, like a smartphone? I did the same steps myself once, used a Nokia smartphone to go through it all (Edge browser) worked great to get me my iPhone but perhaps your using an actual laptop or PC to go through them hence why it's not loading the pages properly. I think your local store would be the best option if you haven't solved it already. 😞
