i have cancelled an early online upgrade order, can someone tell me when will I get refunded? Cancelled on sunday

that's what i thought!
she said i can speed my upgrade without paying the fee again but not until after tomorrow as my cancellation is still in progress but was assured it will get back to my old tariff if i dont upgrade early! really confusing

That will only happen if your old tariff is a current one they still sell, you cannot go back to a contract that no longer exists.

maybe they still sell it then
since the fee has been paid, the upfront cost is on its way I might as well just upgrade in store
