quick question as o2 customer servise isn't very helpful
i have cancelled an early online upgrade order, can someone tell me when will I get refunded? Cancelled on sunday

Your old contract if now cancelled cannot be re-instated so the balance outstanding you paid in order to cancel it won't be refunded, it simply allows you to start a new contract.
That's the way I see it anyway.

been told it takes 3 days, then that it takes 7 days and an hour ago that it takes 10 days!
every person has a different answer
and been told that my early upgrade fee also will be refunded by one person and that it won't by another lol just shocking!
