hi first time on here.my gran/d has been using my phone now i have got it back but it sows no sevice. not sure what she has done. help please

Well at least you are up and running again now with the new sim.
I wouldn't worry about the phone being jailbroken as it can be reversed at any time if needed.

Teenagers can do all manner of things with a phone, they are far more tech savvy than we will ever be. At least the phone is working now
