Hi,
Changed my broadband hub to a BT homehub 5 All devices work well apart from both iphone 5s that we have in the house They show that they are connected and apps work well, but when you try to use an internet browser, it says it is disconnected.
Called BT and spent hours on the phone to them who have now directed me to apple. They say there is nothing wrong with the hub, but the phones settings will need to be changed. But they don't know how.
They also claim that they have not encountered this before.
Wondered if anyone here can help?

thanks for the help Looks like performing a software update to 8.2 solved the issue.

Thanks. I have tried that, but still getting the same problem. And yes, it is interesting that BT have this help topic but denied it last night.
