iPhone voicemails

Hello,

 

I've recenty upgraded to an iPhone 6S on PAYG big bundles, from an iPhone 5C pay monthly. On my last my 5C, whenever I recieved a voicemail, I could listen to them from a list instead of having to call a number, which is what I have to do on the 6S. I was wondering if there was a way to change this to how I had it on the 5C?

I'm now on a contract but I'm having trouble setting up visual voicemail. Is there a way to turn it on/off?

Yes

1750 turn ON

1760 turns OFF
