Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

It would be nice to have some kind of update, just showing "in progress" since last Friday. Not optimistic.

John, my status is still "In Progress" it's just that at the very bottom of the page, tracking info is there now. I checked at 1am last night and there was nothing and then checked at 7:30am this morning when it appeared after refreshing a few times.

My order confirmation email came thorugh at 07:59 on Friday morning - I would've hoped that was enough!!

I ordered online the 12th. Got a confirmation email & text at 8.14am. Just spoke to someone on chat & gave them my order number and asked them to tell me what the status of my order is. 

He said: 'Orders will be dispatched from the 19th. You will get a confirmation email.'

I said: 'So you have no idea when orders will be dispatched then? Just to be clear'

He answered: 'You will know tomorrow.'

Utterly, utterly bleedin' useless.

Although when I check their delivery system, it's saying there's no information available. And so the refreshing continues....
