John, my status is still "In Progress" it's just that at the very bottom of the page, tracking info is there now. I checked at 1am last night and there was nothing and then checked at 7:30am this morning when it appeared after refreshing a few times.
I ordered online the 12th. Got a confirmation email & text at 8.14am. Just spoke to someone on chat & gave them my order number and asked them to tell me what the status of my order is.
He said: 'Orders will be dispatched from the 19th. You will get a confirmation email.'
I said: 'So you have no idea when orders will be dispatched then? Just to be clear'
