Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Still not had any update texts on handset, this will be 8 weeks tomorrow. I was told on 7th November that my order was at the allocating stock phase, contacted CS again on 13th November and was told the same, much apologies were made and I was also told I should have received a text about the stock allocation, which I had not. I was also told that the online stock wasn't necessarily for my sales channel, hence why being in stock online did not mean this stock was for me. Not sure I understand that reasoning as the stock that I check is the stock shown in the business shop, so stock for business customers. I called the CS employee who had dealt with my complaint at 4pm on Friday 14th Nov with a request that they call back, I have not had a call. I also emailed the CS employee this morning, iI have not had a reply.
The customer service here has been terrible, I'm being continuously fobbed off and it looks like I'll be writing my third complaint email in two weeks.

So u signing a 22 month contract now or effectively a 26 month one?

My issue is that I had two phones ordered, one for me and one for my wife, hers came one day before the 6 weeks was up. My issue with cancelling now is that I would either have to get her to take all her stuff off her phone and send it back or have only her contract running, i'm not quite there yet but it's getting close
