Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Yes @Cleoriff you are right! I have been very lucky with it in terms of handsets and getting it quickly ahah though I did take out s brand new contract for this! (Ouch)

Still not had any update texts on handset, this will be 8 weeks tomorrow. I was told on 7th November that my order was at the allocating stock phase, contacted CS again on 13th November and was told the same, much apologies were made and I was also told I should have received a text about the stock allocation, which I had not. I was also told that the online stock wasn't necessarily for my sales channel, hence why being in stock online did not mean this stock was for me. Not sure I understand that reasoning as the stock that I check is the stock shown in the business shop, so stock for business customers. I called the CS employee who had dealt with my complaint at 4pm on Friday 14th Nov with a request that they call back, I have not had a call. I also emailed the CS employee this morning, iI have not had a reply.

 

The customer service here has been terrible, I'm being continuously fobbed off and it looks like I'll be writing my third complaint email in two weeks.

8 weeks and still waiting?
So u signing a 22 month contract now or effectively a 26 month one?

And I seriously would recommend O2 learn the definition of the term "pre order"
Clearly you're not getting it first and before others.
What an absolutely, undeniable shambolic launch.

My issue is that I had two phones ordered, one for me and one for my wife, hers came one day before the 6 weeks was up. My issue with cancelling now is that I would either have to get her to take all her stuff off her phone and send it back or have only her contract running, i'm not quite there yet but it's getting close

It's getting close to pre ordering the 6s I'd be calling customer service and going mad. 8 weeks? You're mad.
