Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

i ordered the iphone 6 plus in store and it was due yesterday but didnt come in. The store is saying it hasnt a clue when it will? Anyone know any info on this havent a clue if its going to be days or weeks and im now without a phone

What amazes me is the lack of communication from O2 on these forums. Surely they should be saying something. I ordered the 64gb plus Silver on the 24 Septmebr, paid £250 to refresh and phone cost up front. Hadn't heard anything so went on live chat yesterday where they said I should receive the phone within five days. I asked them to guarantee this which they wouldn't. I then received an email saying my phone would be with me soon, this is the same email they sent me on the day I originally ordered. I was quite happy with the original 14 day wait as I knew demand would be high but I have serious concerns about a company taking large sums of money without actually knowing how or when they can fufill an order.

There is high demand for a new product, and waiting times could be lengthy: This is acceptable. What is not acceptable is receiving customer's money upfront, and continuing to mis-inform on expected delivery date. O2 has failed, this is clear. Maybe i should have upgraded with Virgin.

Mixed signals from O2.
According to the message we all received yesterday their delivery had been delayed yet they keep telling everyone they don't know when phones are coming in.............
How can something be delayed if you don't know when it's coming in?!

Umm, not sure if it's credible or not but if you've ordered 128GB model of either handset then you are due to get yours next Tuesday. They're "apparently" having a mass delivery on Monday next week with next day delivery for those who have ordered online.
I got this info by being pretty stern on the phone and asking to speak to somebody senior and spoke to somebody who seemed very genuine. He even said he is hoping his is in that same delivery.
If mine is not here by Tuesday, there will be a lengthy e-mail of complaint.

My letter of complaint is already in!
All I want to know is where on the list of SG 64 GB plus phones I am so I can a rough idea of when I might expect to receive my phone, surely thy must have some idea of when the phones are likely to arrive??
