@mikef7, just got the same text seems they might have realised that they do need to contact customers now and again to give them updates!! Still wholly unsatisfactory.....

just rang CS and they said theres 0 stock on every model, waiting time is 4-6 weeks........ are you kidding me !!!!???? i was told not even 24 hours ago it would get dispatched this week id have ordered the 64 gb 6+ if i wanted to wait that long n not pay extra for the 128gb to avoid that much waiting. o2 i love you coverage and all but damn your management is pants!!!

Frankly the whole thing is a complete shambles. Agree entirely with the poster who said that we would be more tolerant and understanding if we were told the truth. Burying their heads in the sand, with staff lying to customers to avoid being confrontational is no way to run a business...

@Anonymous I just got the same message. I ordered 64gb SG on the 19th of September - 2-3 weeks waiting time quoted when I ordered.
Have also been told that despite the website's claims, there is not stock for any model so there isn't even any point cancelling the order in lieu of something else.
