iPhone 6- PreOrder

Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

@Anonymous im in the same boat as you. Space grey 6 plus 128gb ordered at 3pm on the 12th and heard nothing since other than inconsistencies from chat people.

Unreal behaviour from o2 to be honest with you. Just rank bad cs from the outset.

@Anonymous@AnonymousSame here, Iphone 6+128gb space grey, ordered  via phone on12/9 at 3pm. All waiting for stock coming in. According to LC, I am at the 'tip' of the queue. Patience has never been my strong point ....

Maybe O2 need reminding what a 'preorder' is? I ordered the 6 Plus 64GB in gold at about 5:30 on the 12th, and haven't heard anything since the usual vague confirmation email. Haven't contacted anyone but the Twitter a/c as I think it would just annoy me more! Apparently Apple have enough stock (friend of a friend works for them) so that isn't the issue. If O2 would just at least be open about any delays/challenges it's facing, then we'd all be more accepting of the situation. I work in customer service, so it bugs me even more that they are doing so badly at it! Destroy

@Anonymous

I ordered the same phone as you, about 2 hours before you. I've been told anything from "you'll have it tomorrow" to "no stock for up to 7 weeks". Complete joke.

I ordered a 6+ 128g Gold at 5:30pm on the 12th and all I have had is the original email to confirm the order. I would have had better luck looking for WMDs in Iraq or compassion in a Tory than an iPhone from O2

Wish O2 would just acknowledge the service issues. It's so frustrating and the fact that it's a communications company makes it laughable! I feel like I'm developing an addiction or OCD to refreshing my 'My O2' page. Might need therapy after my phone eventually turns up!

I order a 6 64G in gold on Sunday (21st) when it was a 7 day wait. Its now available in stock according to the website. I phoned O2 yesterday (25th) and was told that it wasn't really available and mine would be dispatched 'any time soon', that was after I'd chatted to CS who said it was going to be dispatched yesterday. In the evening I chatted with CS again who told me they were dispatched in strict first come first serve order, but that I wouldn't get mine today, even though if I'd just ordered it I would (or maybe not according to the phone call). I think they have no idea what's happening and they just lie. If someone had said to me you will get it on this date (whenever that might be) and I got it then - well that would be fine. But to keep lying about when I might get it is really annoying - and must be really bad for the folks who ordered on the 12th!

Its not the wait its the misinformation that's the problem.
