Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Latest news I am soooo happy got text and email today 25th sept to collect in store
Ordered iPhone 6+ 64g grey on th 12th sept in store had been given expected date the 7th oct via text and email mine was an upgrade
I could not be any happier the phone is just so very smart ticks all the boxes
I hope those of you still waiting get yours very soon enjoy

Never again will I do this - I can't handle the inconsistant messages and mis-information from these people.  This is just another one of those 'life lessons' people. I'm just going to pretend I'm senile and not care too much about the latest and greatest iPhone anymore. In fact this could be my last ever iPhone and certainly with O2.

Another day another aguement..  LC is the best ever, you can sort out any problems....

APART FROM FINDING OUT WHY MR BLOGGS WHO ORDERED A PHONE I DID 5 DAYS LATER HAS RECEIVED IT AND I HAVENT.

And yes that was me shouting.  Ordered at 16:00 on the 12th

Ive complained, was cut off my a guru last night twice. Sent an email just now, they really donr care about orders.

Just a heads up too, I got £50 off my plan for writing a letter about misleading information and terrible service. I wrote it to my local o2 store. (y) Considering it was technically only 4 working days delayed, I'll take £50 with a smile on my face haha. Though, if they didn't offer it, I woulda found my way into a Three contract methinks (y)
