Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

I wouldn't mind but I paid off my htc one under the refresh option and they've taken the money ! But can't tell me when I'll get the product that I've paid for.

I haven't received anything but up[on checking my02 this morning my 16GB Gold IP6+ says the dispatch date is today and I have been given a tracking code which for some reason isn't recognised on UK mails site :s

It won't be recognised until it's scanned at collection which will be about 3-6pm.

Maybe this will shed a little light. I ordered the 6 in space grey with 128gb at around 2 pm on Friday the 12th - my order status still says in progress with no despatch date or anything. I ordered the 6 in gold with 64gb for my girlfriend at around 4pm on Friday the 12th, her order status shows a despatch date of the 16th with tracking number still to be displayed.

Both ordered through the O2 website

My 6 has a dispatch date of 16th and the tracking number still doesn't work on UK Mail's website. Hope they haven't lost it!

I ordered via live chat at 8:01 on Friday and got the e-mail saying I have 72 hours to complete it as I was getting the bad gateway error but finally managed to complete at 14:40 same day.
