iPhone 5s call issues

I have just today noticed a problem with receiving calls on my iPhone 5s.

Any incoming call, it rings once and goes straight to voicemail.

I do not havd 'DND' active and have tried a full restore which has not helped.

I've also noticed the phone constantly switching from 4G to GPRS.

Anyone else with similar issues?

First check your service status to see if work is going on in your area.

Remove your sim and give it a clean too.

Your iPhone will attempt to latch onto the strongest signal.

Ref voicemail you can extend the amount of rings before it switches to voicemail.

I'll add the steps to do this.

Dial **61*901*11*30# then press the call button.

It was highlighted that iOS 7 and O2 voicemail did clash.

You don't have tugo then perhaps consider turning it off by dialling 1760
