Hi can anyone help, my iphone is faulty so sending it back to apple so currntly using a samsung galaxy phone - but some of my friends with iPhones messages aren't coming through - turned my faulty phone on and they are still going to the iPhone as an iMessage without my SIM card being in -any ideas on how I can change it?

Go here;

Log in.
Click on edit products,
Click the x to delete the profile,
Should come up with another screen which will allow you to "unregister".
Should fix it. Obviously when you get anew iPhone you'll have to set it up again.

Log into your account and wipe the phone. Should remove the settings which in turn will deactivate iMessage:)
Obviously only do if you've already backed up.
