Hi,

I have recently signed up to o2 and noticed visual voicemail wasn't working so did some research and apparently I need to activate the iData bolt-on.

Firstly your support says I can do this via MyO2 - this is incorrect. I had to call your support to do this.

Secondly since making this call, I have no signal and it also appears WiFi/4G calling has been switched off.

Is this an error on o2's support. Or cannot I have visual voicemail and wifi/4g calling together?

Yes of course you can have both.

Is wifi calling enabled in your MyO2?

If so, you need to check with O2 that it is still enabled on your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

See screenshot below -- that was definitely not requested by myself.

It appears whoever I was on the phone to has messed things up. I will try contacting o2 via facebook since I can't call there support anymore.

You CANNOT do this on your account, it just sends you around in circle.
