data problem

i have problem with data

Im not using my internet, but I have left now about 2gb from 20 gb

20 gb I should use until 13 Aug

ist look like some one using my data

Check your phone settings to see what is using data and also ensure wifi assist is turned off.

It's impossible for anyone else to be using your data unless they have access to your phone or you have set up a hotspot and given out the password. Have a look in the data logs for the app using it or ask customer service to see if they can help.
