How do i block certain contacts from caling or texting me i have an iphone 5

It's not a feature that's included on the iPhone unfortunately. If it is a major problem O2 will change your number for you and of course you should call the Police and report it as harassment.

Unfortunately you can't to be honest. O2 will give you one free number change but if that isn't an option report it to the police. Some info here:
