Reported phone lost and reported wed then found it fri contacted 02 twice but still blocked.

I stupidly miss placed my phone on Tuesday morning. I finally reported it missing on Wednesday then I found my phone on Friday. I contacted O2 at 2pm through online chat and was told it would be fixed within 24 hours on Sunday it still wasn't unblocked so I contacted chat again and have waited and its still not sorted. Anyone else had this problem? Where and who do I talk to next? I'm not happy paying for a service I'm not receiving and my contract ends this months and right now I'm so cross there is no way I am renewing it.

If they've blocked the phone they might not be able to sort it. It could have been locked out of the network to prevent unauthorised access. How have they said they are going to 'sort it'?
