hello, i have reset my iphone 7, it is asking for my appple id and password which i have forgotten, is there a way of getting my phone opened without it?

As long as you know your ID you can reset your password by following these steps https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201487
The security on such things is deliberately tight to prevent a thief from assessing the device.

Your only hope is to make a genius bar appointment, and take along proof of purchase and ID and apple may be able to assist in store. 

 

I have done this a few times with enterprise owned devices where users have changed the iTunes account to their own from our corporate one.
