please can someone help me with this?

I have extra charges on my account and this has deactivated mine and the family's phones

how can i pay them off as i cant even speak to a live helper because i keep getting cut off by them

help someone i dont have  aphone to ring them on either

is there an option on here at all because i cant find it

Can you log in to your my o2 account ? As there are options there to pay bill http://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/how-to-pay
