to transfer over my old mobile number to my o2 sim card it says i need the sim number of my o2 sim card, where can i find this?

As in previous answers on this years old thread, its printed on the back, the sim carrier and the envelope it came in.

Unless you have the original packaging you need to call customer service. They know the sim number.

I'm not entirely sure it's logged anywhere once the sim is activated but as jonsie says, CS is your only chance.
