Cut off during live chat with Ajay, after waiting for ages and chosing a phone for upgrade, why didnt he phone me on mobile. Very frustrating

Another option is to contact customer services just after 8am http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Or probably the best way is to go instore and do your upgrade..Far quicker and you walk out with the phone you want...:smileywink:
