Hello, I am wanting to get an iPhone on my first ever contract however I am not sure what the criteria to be able to do this is. Does anybody know?? I just want to avoid disappointment and a wasted journey. Many thanks

Basics are 18 years old, on the electoral roll andsome sort of credit score.
There is an excellent article on credit rating/scoring on Moneysavingexpert.com which will give you a fair understanding.

Its the credit score I'm bothered about because I'm only 20 so I haven't had a chance to boost up my credit score yet. If I brought bank statements in and have been on o2 for several years will this make up for the credit score?

Having a bank account will help as long as there are no bank fees on there.
