Hi,

My name is Jess and I am wanting to buy an Iphone at the weekend on contract however I have asked some of my friends and they said I might not be able to get a contract due to having a low credit score.

Because of my age and being so young I haven't had opportunites to boost up my credit score yet by buying a house etc.

What is the criteria for getting an Iphone on contract. Please help!!

Thank you

It depends if the computer says "yes" or "no" 😞 You may be asked to pay a deposit upfront if you don't meet certain criteria. The only way you will know for sure is to try.

Call CS to activate the SIM card.

Thank you for the response. I don't mind paying money upfront but I just didn't want to travel to the o2 shop and then be refused or not have the correct documents with me.

Take ID, passport, utility bill, drivers license etc (whatever you have). Unfortunately, no way guessing the answer up front. You could always call CS to check first......
