Visual voicemail isn't working. Have looked at all the other threads/advice on the website and I think it's something to do with iData. On logging onto MyO2 there is nowhere for me to add iData as a bolt on. No live chat and not urgent enough to speak to someone on the phone about. Some help would be really appreciated, obvisouly not super important at the moment but would really be relieved to get it sorted. Thanks in advance!

It will be the idata bolt on missing but only customer service can add it for you @d_wall
