When on the O2 website, after selecting a SIMO to purchase, it asks "will you be using an iPhone?"

I am curious, does anyone know why this question about iPhones is asked?🤔

It should indicate to O2 that you need the iData bolt on adding to the account.

Unfortunately, this rarely happens without a chase up.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Ah okay, thanks for clearing that up.

What does the iData bolt on give you?

It allows things like Visual Voicemail to work in the UK, and prevent any issues if using your iPhone overseas @Shroko
