Thanks MI5 appreciate your assistance.

My local store has no appointments ARGHH!

So do I just take the phone along they will exchange it? Should I wipe the phone before I go? I will have no phone for that day then.

I will go during work time that's why.

I'd advise wiping the phone. They should just exchange it on the spot.

I don't think you have to take any of the accessories.

They should exchange it while you wait. Just back it up then when you get the replacement you can restore it from your back up.

Cheers lads, I found a slot on sunday afternoon at my local store. I will wipe the phone before I go to the store, and back up before I leave.

----UPDATE----

Called CPW today to inform them of the cosmetic damage on the phone. The customer service dude just said pop in to your local store and they will replace straight away today! He found stock at my local store, I went down there at 3pm today did the exchange, showed them the scuffs and thats that! grin

Inspected the new phone which no scuffs, did a restore just now and we is good to go!

TBH I am very impressed with the CPW customer service, never in a million years did I think it was that easy!

Thanks guys for your assistance slight_smile

Oh I must cancel that genius appointment lol
