Upgrading through Carphone Warehouse Website...!

I am an O2 customer but want to upgrade through CPW but it's asking me for my bank details to be billed monthly and doing another credit check...!!!??

 

WHY? I am already with O2...!???

 

What is going on?

I had a quick look but looked ok in store, upon coming home I could notice 3 little scuffs on the metal ring on the left hand side corner! 😞

Do I just take the phone back to the apple store? call to book an appointment?
