Hi,

I'm having issues with an unlocked iphone6s

"SIM not supported" message

IMEI:  [removed]

Phone is unlocked - want to put an EE sim into this. Was my old work phone.

EE tell me the phone is still shoing as lock to O2, despite being given assurances that the phone has been unlocked.

Thanks for help.

You need to chase up with customer service please.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
