Is anybody having issues accessing certain apps on there mobile whilst using 4g, they work fine through WiFi but won’t log in without it

I'm not having any problems, though it could be due to congestion. Have you tried dropping down to 3G?

Also check if you are having network issues https://status.o2.co.uk/

@Birty open settings and see if you have mobile data access allowed for the apps you are having trouble with.

You may also have an age restriction on your account, so check that with customer services.

I have just turned off the 4g and on the 3G and the apps loaded straight away, I’m not very savy with technology so could someone explain why it would not be working on the 4g, I’ve never had this problem before

If you check your network status in the link I gave, it could be an issue with 4G in your area.

Pleased it's working with 3G though.
