UNABLE TO SEND/RECEIVE iMESSAGES

Hello there,

 

I am unable to send or receive any messages from my iPhone device. I am not sure why this is - I am in Europe and when I open my laptop I can see the messages through iCloud. 

 

Is there an issue by any chance?

This is not customer services, and no one from o2 will respond to you.. 

 

iMessage services are managed by Apple and not the mobile Networks, and if you are getting them on your Mac, then it sounds like your phone needs checking under iMessage
