But when I called, the guy at o2 tells me wifi calling and 4g calling is enabled on my account. I have been moved from Virgin. The guy at o2 didn't know why this was not working, so now I can't use wifi calling, and the phone doesn't work at all in the house so unless this is sorted I will have to leave O2. Any ideas why it woudl be telling me to contact o2?

Also, on my account it tells me wifi calling is enabled....

@GinaMaria

Is it also enabled in your phone settings?

Hi, yes I turn wifi calling to ON and it says to contact o2. I can't toggle it on as I get the pop up message to call O2

You need to keep trying O2 then @GinaMaria as it's clearly not enabled on your account.

There are a few come over from Virgin where the account says active but in reality it's not.

CS need to go beyond what their screens tell them and actually turn it on

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

No surprise there and clearly not enabled.
