TouchID and My 02

Anonymous
Not applicable

Since the last My02 update, TouchID will not log me in to My 02. Touch ID is working fine with everything else that it was, and I see TouchID enabled in MY 02 settings, but it's not an option to log me  in to My02

Turn off Touch ID in app settings and reboot phone.
Turn Touch ID back on and it ask you to confirm your prints.

Thank you both. It seemes logical when someone else says it.

I switrched off TouchID and closed My02, opened My02 again and enabled TouchID, and without rebooting the phone, it is now working again

Thank you both

I had to do the same but rebooted by force of habit.
Glad it worked for you too.
