Sim change over

I spoke to someone this morning to change my sim over to the nano one and still 12 hours later I still have no service. Has anyone got the same problem????

Agreed ^^ also reset your phone we've had a few people sorted by resetting.

Then there's;
APN settings,
Resetting network settings,
And last but not least reset it again

Text Swap to 20220. Fastest method

I can't text out on my phone as I only have a phone for nano sim as I have sold my 4s and I don't have another phone to take my old SIM card to get my swap code sent. I have tried to reset network setting but that didn't work. I have ask for it to be swapped over but that was at 9.30 this morning but I still have no service.

In that case either a phone call to CS or visit to a shop is needed
